Installing the Inflow Tap Filter is quick and easy: 

1. Unscrew your existing tap aerator. 
2. Attach the Inflow adapter (provided in the box) to your tap. 
3. Twist on the filter and tighten it securely. No tools required—it’s a 5-minute job! If you run into any trouble, just check our Setup Guide or send us an email. 

Setup Guide

1. Unbox the Components:
   Inside the box, you’ll find the hose, showerhead mount, and filter.
2. Replace the Hose (Optional):
   If you'd like to replace the hose, simply remove your current hose by unscrewing it where it connects. Install the Inflow hose in place of the old one.
   Alternatively, you can skip this step and use your existing hose.
3. Connect the Showerhead:
   Once the hose is installed, connect the showerhead to the Inflow hose or the existing hose. The showerhead comes with a filter, but it needs to be replaced every 2-3 months or when it turns yellow from chlorine buildup in the water.
4. Mount the Showerhead:
   Finally, stick the showerhead mount in place.

That's all – your Inflow Shower Filter is now set up and ready to use!

What’s in the Box:

Before Installation: 

1. Ensure your tap diameter is between 19.5mm and 23.5mm. The filter is compatible with most Australian kitchen taps. 
2. Confirm if your tap has an internal or external thread. Select the appropriate adapter from the box. 
3. Check the water pressure. The filter works best within 0.1MPa–0.4MPa (10–40 metres water column). 
4. Run water through the tap for a few seconds to flush out any debris before installing. 

Manual Installation Guide (Based on Thread Type): 

For Taps with Internal Threads: 

1. Remove the existing outer tap-head from the tap. 
2. Select the appropriate adapter (Type A1 or A2) and screw it into the internal thread of your tap. 
3. Attach the installation nut onto the adapter. 

For Taps with External Threads: 

1. Remove the existing tap-head. 
2. Choose the correct adapter (Type B1, B2, or B3) to fit over the external thread. 
3. Screw the installation nut securely onto the adapter. 

Final Steps for Both Types: 

1. Twist the InFlow filter unit onto the installation nut. Ensure the main unit is tightly secured. 
2. Turn on the water and check for leaks. Tighten the connections further if necessary. 
3. Test the switch knob to toggle between filtered and unfiltered water. 

Using the Display Screen: 

1. The Filter Lifespan Indicator shows the percentage of life remaining (0%-100%). 
2. The Real-Time Temperature Display indicates the current water temperature. 
3. Power Note: The display is powered by water flow. It will not light up unless water is running. 

Filter Replacement Instructions: 

1. Replace the filter cartridge every 3-6 months or 1,000 litres (based on water quality & usage). 
2. To replace: 

• Twist off the main unit and remove the old filter cartridge. 
• Insert the new cartridge and reattach the unit. 
• Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to reset the lifespan indicator. 

Troubleshooting Common Issues:

No water flow 

Check if the filter is clogged; replace the cartridge if needed. 

Leaking at connections 

Tighten the installation nut or adapter. Ensure all seals are correctly fitted. 

Display not lighting up 

Ensure water is running; the screen activates with water pressure. 

Reduced water flow 

The filter might need replacing or cleaning. 

Safety Precautions: 

• Avoid using abrasive cleaners or chemicals on the filter. 
• Do not freeze the filter or expose it to temperatures below 5°C. 
• If water flow reduces significantly, replace the filter promptly.
