Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy – 90-Day Guarantee

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have up to 90 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with all items included, and in its original packaging. The filter must remain sealed—we strongly recommend testing compatibility before unsealing the filter. If the filter has been unsealed and used, a $19.90 fee will apply to cover the cost of the filter, plus return shipping fees. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Here's how you can request a refund or return:

  1. Understand the Policy: Read through this page to determine your eligibility for a refund or return.
  2. Request via Email: Send an email to Support@Inflowfilter.com detailing the issue and request.
  3. Provide Information: Attach pictures and videos (if applicable) of the InFlow System, highlighting any potential issues.
  4. Return Instructions: If instructed by our team, send your InFlow, Filter, and all tap connectors to our PO Box.
  5. Inspection and Resolution: Our staff will confirm receipt of the InFlow return and notify the customer with the status of their refund.

Items sent back to us without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not provide return labels for change-of-mind or incompatibility returns. If you are unsure if the InFlow will fit your current setup, please reach out to our Support Team prior to ordering. This does not apply to products with pre-existing faults.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original, unopened item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
