Setup Guide

Unscrew your existing tap aerator. 

Attach the Inflow adapter (provided in the box) to your tap. 

Twist on the filter and tighten it securely. It's a 5-minute job!

Unbox the Components:
Inside the box, you’ll find the hose, showerhead mount, and filter.

Replace the Hose (Optional):
If you'd like to replace the hose, simply remove your current hose by unscrewing it where it connects. Install the Inflow hose in place of the old one.
Alternatively, you can skip this step and use your existing hose, or if you're using the Shower Pod, there will be no hose.

Connect the Showerhead:
Once the hose is installed, connect the showerhead to the Inflow hose or the existing hose. The showerhead comes with a filter, but it needs to be replaced every 2-3 months or when it turns yellow from chlorine buildup in the water.

Mount the Showerhead:
Finally, stick the showerhead mount in place.

That's all – your Inflow Shower Filter is now set up and ready to use!

To maintain optimal filtration and water flow, we recommend the following replacement cycles:

• InFlow Tap Filter / Beauty Filter: Replace every 3 months (up to 6 months with light use).

• InFlow SS Pro Filter: Replace every 3–6 months, depending on water quality and usage.

• InFlow Shower Filter: Replace every 1–3 months (comes with 3 refills).

• InFlow Shower Pod: Replace every 4–6 months for best chlorine and fluoride reduction.

• InFlow Baby Bath Filter: Replace every 6-8 months or when the water flow noticeably decreases or when the smell of chlorine appears to return.

Our InFlow SS Pro Tap Filter and InFlow Shower Pod both include fluoride-reduction media, helping to significantly lower fluoride levels in your water.

The InFlow Baby Bath Filter also contains natural media which help reduce trace levels of fluoride, along with chlorine and heavy metals — making bath water gentler for sensitive skin.

Our standard Tap Filter, Beauty Filter, and Shower Filter are designed to reduce chlorine, heavy metals, odours, and impurities, but they do not specifically target fluoride.

If fluoride reduction is your main concern, we recommend the SS Pro Filter for drinking water and the Shower Pod for bathing.
