Their lotion can't fix
their bath water.

Chlorine and harsh minerals sit in every bath, every rinse, every cup poured over their head. The InFlow™ Baby Bath Filter clips onto your tap and softens the water before it reaches them.

Why it keeps happening

Your tap water is treated to be safe.
Not to be gentle.

Australian tap water is chlorinated by law, it's how it stays safe to drink. But the same chlorine that keeps water clean also strips the oils skin uses to hold onto moisture. On adult skin that's a bit of tightness after a shower. On skin this new, it's the dryness you're rubbing lotion into an hour later.

Chlorine strips the oils

It keeps water clean. It can't tell bacteria from the barrier that keeps skin soft. Everything goes.

Minerals leave a film

Calcium and magnesium don't rinse away. They're why clean water can still feel harsh.

A soak, not a rinse

An adult showers for five minutes. A baby sits in it, plays in it, and then gets rinsed in it.

And again tomorrow

Bath, dry, lotion, repeat. The routine treats the dryness after it's caused, instead of at the source.

What it actually does

We don't do anything to their skin.
We do it to their water.

The filter clips onto your tap. Every drop that fills the bath runs through eight stages of filtration media on the way in, which means less chlorine, fewer heavy metals and fewer microplastics in the water your baby sits in.

Nothing is added to the bath. Nothing goes on their skin. We just change what comes out of the tap.

Here is what we won't tell you. We can't promise what that will do for your child, because we don't know your water and we don't know their skin. A filter is not a treatment, and we won't pretend otherwise.

What we can tell you is what parents keep writing to us.

"Both my children experience eczema and dry skin in Winter after the bath. After the first bath with the In-Flow, there was a significant difference in their skin. No risen eczema spots or dry skin. Their skin felt soft and supple. Amazing!"

Kirstie M. · Verified Buyer

Kirstie's experience is her own, and yours might be different. That is genuinely why the 90 days are there. Run it through a few baths. If you don't see a difference, send it back.

Try it for yourself

how it works

Eight layers between
the tap and the bath.

The filter is about the size of a mug and it clips onto the tap you already have. Every drop that fills the bath passes through all eight layers on the way in.

fit and install

It hangs on the tap.
That’s the install.

No threads to match, nothing to unscrew, no plumber and nothing your landlord needs to know about. Two fittings come in the box, so whichever tap you have, one of them suits it.

step one

Hook it over the spout

The hard handle hangs it straight over your bath tap. If your tap has a lip, that is the install finished.

step two

No lip? Use the strap

Wrap the flexible strap once around the tap instead. No measuring and no sizing, because both fittings are already in the box.

step three

Run the bath

Water passes through the filter on its way in. If it splashes, ease the tap back a touch and it settles.

One thing before the very first bath. Run the hot tap through it for two to three minutes to flush out any loose carbon. It is a one-off, and you never have to think about it again.

what parents notice

Four parents, in their own words.

Copied out exactly as they were written, typos, emoji and hedging left in. Kirstie's, further up the page, is the fifth.

"Absolutely love it. Their baths seem so much less drying. It also kinda looks like a toy so it keeps them amused 🤣"

Lisa M. · Verified buyer

"We absolutely love it! Definitely noticed a difference in my little one's skin dryness after a bath. So far so good, however, it's only been 3 months 🤞"

Julie C. · Verified buyer

"its great, we can feel the difference!!"

inderjeet k. · Verified buyer

"So far, so good. Water definitely feels and smells cleaner. Excited to see how it goes in the coming months!"

Shelly P. · Verified buyer

You will notice two of them say it is early days. We left that in. Baby Bath has not been out long, and the 90-day guarantee is there so you can find out for yourself.

before you ask

The things parents
ask us most.

Something not covered here? Email support@inflowfilter.com. For fit questions, a photo of your bath tap is the quickest way to an answer.

01.   Will it fit my bath tap?

It hangs over the spout rather than screwing on, so there are no thread sizes to match. If your spout has a lip, the hard handle hooks over it. If it doesn't, the flexible strap wraps once around it instead. Both come in the box.

Not sure which you have? Send a photo of your tap to support@inflowfilter.com and we'll tell you.

02.   Do I need tools or a plumber?

No. It takes under a minute, nothing gets unscrewed, and it lifts straight off again. That also makes it fine for renters.

03.   Is there anything to do before the first bath?

Just once, run the hot tap through it for two to three minutes. That flushes out any loose carbon from the filter. After that you just run the bath as normal.

04.   Can it help with eczema-prone skin?

A filter isn't a treatment, and we won't pretend it is. What it does is reduce chlorine and heavy metals in the water your child sits in, which can help with eczema-prone skin.

Every child's skin is different. That's what the 90-day guarantee is for.

05.   How long does a cartridge last?

Six to eight months. It depends on your water and how often you run the bath. Refills are $49.95.

06.   How do I know when to change it?

The cartridge changes colour as it works. When it has changed, swap in a new one. Go by the colour, not the calendar.

07.   What if it doesn't work for us?

Every filter comes with a 90 day guarantee. Give it a few baths, and if you don't see a difference, email support@inflowfilter.com and we'll sort it out.

08.   How fast is delivery?

Free, from Sydney, and it arrives in one to five business days.

ready when you are

Change the water
nothing else.

Under a minute to fit. Six to eight months to a cartridge. And 90 days to decide whether it has made a difference for your family.
