When I lived in South Australia, I had skin problems from the water. Went to Queensland for nine years and no skin problems. Moved back to SA and it started all over again. Used the shower head this morning for the first time and have noticed a big difference immediately. No itchy scalp or skin straight after a shower. And my hair has more body instead of being flat. Totally happy with my shower filter so far. Was a bit worried it would be hard to install and wouldn't fit into my existing setup, so contacted support team and Bec was brilliant, answered my concerns. Was soooo easy to install and it looks great. Have only used it for a few days but love it so far.
Haven't installed the new hand held shower heads x2 as my shower taps are the older rainhead type. I may need a metal elbow to attach to the main water entry point on the tiled shower wall. The new hand held will then sit up high to get a hands free shower should I choose it. Currently if I attach it to the rod it points to the ground.

It was easy to install and works great! My pet absolutely loves shower time now, especially with the soft spray setting and the massage feature.

We are very happy with the shower head and filter. The only feedback we would give is to include a more drenching shower option in the head. All of them provide more of a spray rather than a soaking shower. The water pressure however is better than the non-filtered heads which is a nice surprise!
Material quality is cheap. Not even a few days of owning and the push button failed, causing the shower head to leak.
Good product the only issue is the filter keeps blocking the water and then no pressure so have to undo the shower head and push the the filter back down so the water pressure is working other than that skin feels smooth
The shower head started showing signs of rust within 2 months and a couple of months later the rust is extensive and I don't want to use this showerhead anymore with rust water spraying on me. How do you see a shower filter that is made from material that isn't waterproof??? Waste of money.
Simple and easy to install took a minute to do, I think my shower in general just doesn’t have the greatest of pressure. However this shower head has added a bit more pressure compared to what I had before.
