The filters were easy to install in both kitchen and shower. Only issue I've found with the kitchen tap attachment is that when you switch back to normal tap water, the tap outlet fitting is too fine and the water is dispensed in more of a spray sometimes which can be a bit annoying especially when trying to wash up.

While it is a bit pricey, you definitely get the quality you pay for. . - Bonus Filter: I really appreciate that it came with a spare filter cartridge included in the box—a very thoughtful touch that adds great value! . Installation Experience - Installation took a little bit of patience. It took some trial and error to find the right adapter for my kitchen tap, but once I found the right fit, it sealed tightly with zero leaks. A Friendly Note to the Manufacturer 😉 The UV Light: Germ Killer or Mini Disco? - According to basic physics, effective UV-C sterilization requires a proper UV dose, which relies heavily on contact time (how long microorganisms are exposed to the light). With water rushing through a tiny tap fixture in a split second, the pathogens barely even notice the light before flying past it! The blue light looks sleek and high-tech, but let's be honest—it feels more like a visual indicator that the device is running rather than a functional sanitizer. Water tastes betterm but it still runs when switching it back i to ordinary tap which is a little disappointing. Have tried everything but still leaks.
It fits really well and easy to install. The instructions in the box are very straightforward and not like trying to solve a Rubic cube. I would need to get a curved tap mixer as my current tap is too close to the sink. Very happy with the product.
Absolutely fantastic. I even use it to top up the fish tank, fish are great and no need for drops. Just ordered a new filter and will get the new model next. The new model looks more streamlined so hopefully more compact over the tap. My only gripe is that it should have a running low indicator. Totally worth getting !!

Love it! Very happy with it. Took a while to figure out how to install it. The tutorials could explain it better, as it is simple once you understand the logic of the process. Its confusing when you see all the adaptors together without a clear guide of the logic of it.
Noticed different taste to water as soon as installed on to tap. We use it now for all our drinking and cooking water.
Really happy. The delivery was fast. It took 5 min to instal. It’s only been one week but so far so good. The water doesn’t smell of chlorine anymore. And I like how it’s easy to change the setting to wash the dishes.

I was a bit sceptical when I first heard about the Inflow water filters but decided to give their stainless steel pro water filter a try as they were reasonably priced and an Australian company. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. My tap water tastes amazing now. It’s easy to install, no tools needed and the filters last from 3 to 6 months depending of how much water you use. I will never go back to drinking normal tap water again thanks to Inflow. I highly recommend them.
So, so impressed! Easily installed, easy to use, and the water tastes great. We purchased the 2-year bundle, with four filtration capsules for only $185 - an absolute bargain considering we have been spending approximately $180 per year on Brita filters (which don’t do anywhere near as good a job). Do yourself a favour, buy an In Flow filter today!!!

The connector didn't fit properly so I had to use the old connector from my last tap filter but otherwise it works perfectly, was relatively easy to install and doesn't leak my last one. Water pressure is good for both filtered and unfiltered water.
